About the way from Chelsea to Banana Chiquita

I have decided to leave the club six weeks after the criticism from manager Jose Mourinho. I have lost my place on the bench and was no longer allowed to attend matches or traininig session. I have to thank the public for their overwhelming support. Now I have another challenge ahead of me: I will be helping the Banana Chiquita in the current season. I have thought about the pros and cons. Some players need my help. There are forgotten injured players like Andre or Hynek or second goalkeeper Mára. Some active players have problems as well, e.g. Zelí with the collar bone or Honza with the operated knee. There are players who need psychological help like Karel or Sindy.

The last match with K.T.S.

We're disappointed with the result. We came into the game with motivation to win but we give away a poor goal and some credit has to be given to K.T.S. From my point of view, Banana was simply knocked down after few minutes. We got an awful goal from our penalty area after a corner kick. Where were the defensive players with the goalkeeper? Nowhere. The second reason why Chiquita lost the match was that K.T.S. were more aggressive than Chiquita. They produce master-class of defensive football. We didn't adjust our play, we were nervous, impetuous, made many mistakes, did bad passes. Sometimes we made a dreadfull mess on the pitch.

Strategies and formations

There is a lack of strategy system in Banana Chiquita. See this link with the classic football formations. Banana Chiquita would play the Wingers system or more difficult Cross system. Both has some advantages, that we must discuss in the club. We need more passes from the middlefield players and more move from everybody in the right time. Today player with ball does not have many options how speed up the game and this we must change.

Future goals

I hope that Banana Chiquita will be stronger and stronger. You will see it in the next clash. We'll be organised and ready to beat the opponents. Some players are open minded guys. They understand the necessity of a change and hard work.
